Common Name The Tightly Packed Dendrobium [refers to the inflorescence]

Found in Thailand in montane forests at elevations of 1300 to 1900 meters as a miniature sized, cool growing epiphyte with cylindrical, tapering towards the apex stems carrying 5 to 7, linear-oblong, acute, basally clasping leaves that blooms in the summer and earlier fall on 1 to 2 per stem, peduncle .6 to .8" [1.5 to 2 cm] long, 1.6 to 2.6" [4 to 6.5 cm] long overall, to 10 flowered inflorescence with as long as the ovary floral bracts and carrying long lasting flowers.
