Common Name The Erlangen Dendrobium [German Botanical Garden]

Flower Size 1 3/4" [2 cm]

Found in the Philippines on Luzon Island as a miniature, hot to warm growing epiphyte, lithophyte or terrestrial with basally swollen and slender above stems carrying a few, terete leaves which blooms on a short, one to two flowered inflorescence arising from the apical leaf axils with a single flower occuring in the winter.

A slight, short, winter rest from water and fertilizer is beneficial for the winter blooming
