Common Name The Laxly Flowered Dendrobium
Flower Size 2.8" [7 cm] tall
Found in the Moluccas [Halmahera only] as a giant sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with canelike stems carrying spreading, coriaceous, lanceolate, unequally, obtusely bilobed apically leaves that blooms in the winter on a spreading, to 18" [to 45 cm] long, laxly 12 flowered inflorescence with shortly tubular, apically oblique floral bracts and carry deliciously fragrant flowers
