Common Name The Small Dendrobium
Flower Size .3 to .6" [.8 to 1.5 cm]
Found in southern India in hill forests at elevations of 2000 to 2500 meters as a mini-miniature sized, cold growing epiphyte with ovoid pseudobulbs carrying 2, rarely 4, oblong-lanceolate, obtuse to shortly acute, very thick leaves that blooms in the fall on a subterminal, 1.4 to 3" [3.5 to 7.5 cm] long, 6 to 10 flowered inflorescence
