Found in New Caledonia in rainforests at elevations of 300 to 1000 meters as a mini-miniature to miniature sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with stems carrying 2, apical, erect to spreading, dark green, oval, unequally bilobed apically leaves that blooms in the winter on an erect to arching, branching, to 5" [12.5 cm] long, 2 to 12 flowered inflorescence
