Found in Malesia without locality as a medium sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with pendulous, branching, leafy throughout, hardly sinuous, bilaterally compressed, green to yellow stems carrying distichous, equitant, laterally compressed, at an acute angle tothe stem axis, leathery, waxy, dark green often purple or red suffused, with red margins and tip, ovate, attenuate, acute leaves that blooms in the winter through spring and late summer and early fall on numerous, lateral on the distal half of the stem, .24" [6 mm] long, successively single, few flowered inflorescence with 3 to 5 rather dry, loose sheaths along the length.
