Common Name The Pandan Growing Dendrobium

Flower Size .8" to 1" [2 to 2.5 cm]

Found in Thailand, penninsular Malaysia, Sumatra, Java and Borneo in lowland forests on palms and pandans at elevations of 400 to 600 meters as a medium sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with shiny green to yellow, cylindric, smooth, often branching stems carrying 10 to 13 per growth, linear-oblong, thin, shiny, pale green, two ranked, gradually narrowing below into the clasping base leaves that blooms in the spring on several, from the apical nodes of the stem, racemose 2 to 3 flowered inflorescence.
