Common Name or Meaning The Chinese Minute Flowered Dendrobium

Flower Size .5" [1.25 cm]

Found in southern Yunnan China in open forests at elevations of 1000 to 1400 meters as a miniature sized, cool growing epiphyte with narrowly ovoid to fusiform, 3 to 4 noded stems carrying 2 to 3, narrowly oblong, leathery, dilated below into the base leaves that blooms on 1 to 3, subterminal or lateral on current years stem, .8 to 1.6" [2 to 4 cm] long, rachis slender, several flowered inflorescence with ovate, membraneous, acute floral bracts

There seem to be 2 distinct forms on the net, I feel that the first one is the correct one and matches the Flora of China description the best. The white color form with the droopy flowers and red veined lip may or may not be another species, I need better references as I have no available drawings to confirm one way or the other.
