Common Name Yeager's Dendrobium [American Orchid Enthusiast early 1900's in the Philippines]
Flower Size 1.2 to 1.6" [3 to 4 cm]
Found in the Philippines as a small to medium sized, warm growing epiphyte with slender, pendulous, clustered stems that rarely branch and carry many, lanceolate, pointed leaves and blooms on a short, 2 to 6 flowered inflorescence with showy flowers arising in the spring.
This species is closely related to D victoria reginae but the color pattern is reversed.
