Found in Fiji at elevations around 700 to 900 meters as a small to medium sized, warm growing epiphyte with 2 types of pseudobulbs, one sterile and the other filiform and fertile and carrying an erect, linear-ligulate, minutely bidentate, cuneate below into the base leaf that blooms on a successively single flowered inflorescence
