Common Name The White Diuris - In Australia - The White Double Tail Orchid

Flower Size .8 to 1" [2 to 2.5 cm] long

Found in New South Wales and Queensland Australia near the coast as a small sized, cool to cold growing terrestrial with subterranean, ovoid tubers giving rise to 2 to 3, basal, grass-like, erect, acuminate leaves that blooms in the winter on an erect, 6 to 16" [15 to 40 cm] long, 2 to 15 flowered inflorescence carrying fragrant flowers
