Common Name The Similar Sized Diuris - The Buttercup Doubletail

Found in New South Wales Australia in open montane woodlands with a grassy and sparsely shrubby understory at elevations of 100 to 1400 meters as a small sized, cold growing terrestrial with ovoid, one end acute tubers giving rise to 3, linear, basally clasping, acute leaves that blooms in the later spring on an erect, 6" [15 cm] long, 2 to 4 flowered inflorescence with tubular, acuminate floral bracts.
