Common Name The Leopard Orchid - The Leopard Doubletail

Found in open forests, woodland and heathland on well drained soils at elevations of 50 to 800 meters in New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia, as a small to medium sized, cool to cold growing terrestrial with 2 to 3, narrowly linear, conduplicate, acute leaves that blooms in the spring in Australia on an erect, 12" [30 cm] long, 1 to 8, successively flowered inflorescence.
