Common Name Gomes-Ferreira's Dryadella [Brazilian Orchid Enthusiast and discoverer of species]
Flower Size
Found in Pernambuco state of Brazil as a mini-miniature sized epiphyte with slender, erect ramicauls enveloped by 2 to 3 thin, loose tubular sheaths and carrying a single, apical, erect, coriaceous, narrowly elliptical, subacute, gradually narrowing below into the ill defined petiolate base leaf that blooms on a very short, successively single, few flowered inflorescence arising from low on the ramicaul.
CAUTION Luer states that this species is poorly known and that there is only a plant in The Munich Botanical Garden that is identified and cultivated...sooo please use with caution!
