Common Name The Bamboo-like Epidendrum
Flower Size 1.2" [3 cm]
Found in Moyobamba, Loreto department of Peru without elevational data as a large sized epiphyte with a short ascending rhizome giving rise to simple, sub-terete, leafy in the upper half stems carrying, lax, several, erect-spreading, narrowly linear, narrowing above, sub-obtuse leaves that blooms on a terminal, arcuate-decurved, much shorter than the upper leaves, peduncle to 2" [5 cm] long, laxly few flowered inflorescence with deltoid, much shorter than the ovary floral bracts and carrying medium sized flowers.
