Common Name The Two Spotted Eria - In China Shuang Dian Ping Lan

Flower Size 3/8" [.4 cm]

Found in Assam, Nepal, Yunnan provionce of China, Thailand, Laos and Vietnam in forests on tree trunks at elevations of 1500 to 1800 as a mini-miniature sized, cool growing epiphyte with a narrowly obovoid to clavate, smoewhat flattened pseudobulb carrying 3 to 4,obovate, obovate-elliptic to elliptic, obtuse apically attenuate below into he petiolate base leaves that blooms in the spring on 1 to often 2, short, arching, 1.2 to 1.6" [3 to 4 cm] long, sparsely pubescent, sparsely 10 to more flowered inflorescence with reflexed,broadly elliptic, acute, as long as the ovary floral bracts.
