Common Name The Candle Snuff-Like Eria [refers to the erect inflorescence and single flowered, open flowered habit]

Found in Nepal and Myanmar with clumping, globose, flattened, depressed on top, wrinkled pseudobulbs giving rise to an ovate, deciduous, acute leaf that blooms in the spring on a terminal, erect, slender, 2 to 2.4” [5 to 6 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence arising on pseudobulbs that have dropped their leaves
