Found on Mindanao within the Philippines at elevatiojns around 2800 meters as a medium sized, cold growing epiphyte with elongate, cylindrical stems carrying 6, towards the apex, narrowly lanceolate, acute, narrowing below into the base leaves that blooms in the late spring and summer on 1 to 3, erect, flowers to the base, 3.6" [9 cm] long, several flowered inflorescence
