Common Name The Golden Lobed Flickingeria

Flower Size .6" [1.5 cm]

Found in Java and Sumatra on lava rocks or trees at elevations of 500 to to 1000 meters as a medium sized, hot to warm growing lithophyte or epiphyte with 3.2" [8 cm] between each much branched stem giving rise to compressed pseudobulbs, 3 to 3.6" [7.5 to 8 cm] apart and carrying a single apical, erect, lanceolate, very shortly bilobed apically, basally narrowing, shining green above, paler below leaf that blooms in the spring from the front and the back of each leaf on a short to .35" [9 mm], single to 3 flowered inflorescence carrying flowers that only last half a day but are sweetly scented.
