Found in Thailand and Vietnam at elevations around 250 meters as a miniature sized, hot growing epiphyte with a creeping rhizome giving rise to a series of shortly spaced, short cykindric, becoming swollen into a fusiform, not flattened pseudobulb enveloped in the lower half by a large sheath and carrying a single, apical, erect, lanceolate, rather thick, minutely retuse apically, lobules obtuse, gradually narrowing bloe intothe base leaf that blooms on the back of the leaf on a short, single flowered inflorescence.
