Common Name The Thin Horned Galeandra [refers to the spur]
Found in Colombia as a small to medium sized, hot growing epiphyte with a terete pseudobulb carrying about 5, erect-patent, lanceolate-ligulate, acuminate, plicate, 3 to 5 nerved, glabrous leaves that blooms on a terminal, erect, racemose, 2" [5 cm] long, subdensely 5 to 7 flowered, flexuous, thin inflorescence with erect-patent, elliptic-lanceolate, acuminate floral bracts.
The photo by Patricia Harding fits the references stated below much better than Danny Lentz's photo which appears to be G. dives.
