Common Name The Eulophia-Like Geodorum - In China Gui Zhou Di Bao Lan

Found in southern Guizhou province of China in grasslands at elevations around 800 meters as a small to medium sized, warm to cool growing terrestrial with tuberous, irregularily cylindric pseudobulbs carrying 2, well developed at blooming, plicate, narrowly elliptic to lanceolate, acute to obtuse, gradually narrowing below into the petiolate base leaves that blooms in the late spring on an erect, to 12.8" [32 cm] long, peduncle, erect, taller than the leaves, rachis pendulous, about 1.8" [4.5 cm] long, densely many flowered inflorescence with narrowly lanceolate, as long as the flowers floral bracts.
