Common Name The Papua New Guinea Glomera

Flower Size .8" [2 cm]

Found in Sulawesi, New Guinea, Solomon Islands, and Vanuatu in montane forests at elevations of 800 to 1550 meters as a miniature to just medium sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with basally branching stems enveloped by verrucose sheaths and carrying coriaceous, distichous, spreading, basally twisted so all in one plane, lanceolate, unequally bilobed, subacute apically leaves that blooms on a terminal, 1/2" [1.3 cm] long, few flowered inflorescence with elliptic, obtuse to acute, papery floral bracts.
