Common Name Hirtz' Gongora [German Engineer in Ecuador late 1900's]

Found in Colombia and Ecuador in extremely wet forests on mossy branches above streams at elevations of 700 to 800 meters as a small sized, warm growing epiphyte with small delicate pseudobulbs and plicate leaves and blooms with less than 10 flowers on the pendant inflorescence.
