Found in Panama, Colombia and Peru? as a hot to warm growing epiphyte with ovoid, angular pseduobulbs carrying 2 apical, plicate, 3 nerved, subcoriaceous, elliptic-lanceolate, subacute, attenuate below into the base leaves that blooms in the winter and spring on a pendant, gracile, glabrous, 14" to 18" [35 to 45 cm] long, laxly many flowered inflorescence with oblong-lanceolate, acute floral bracts and carries fragrant flowers that are the smallest in the genus.
