Common Name Marta's Grammatophyllum [Marta Rivilla Philippines Orchid Society Member 1970's]

Flower Size 3" [7.5 cm]

Found in the Philippines at elevations of sealevel to 300 meters as a large sized, hot growing epiphyte with large, slightly flattened pseudobulbs carrying up to 4, oblanceolate, leathery, 24" [60 cm] long leaves that blooms in the spring on a basal, stout, many [80] flowered, 5' [1.5 m] long inflorescence.
