Common Name The Njamnja Habenaria

Flower Size

Found in the Central African Republic, Zaire, Sudan, Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi and Zambia in woodlands and seasonally wet montane grasslands at elevations of 1180 to 2250 meters as a medium sized, cool to cold growing terrestrial with an erect, slender stem carrying 11 to 17, erect, lanceoalte, acute, grading to bracts above leaves that blooms in the summer on an erect, 3.2" to 6.8" [8 to 17 cm] long, 8 to 20 flowered inflorescence with lanceolate, acute, longer than the ovary floral bract and carrying erect, green to pale green flowers.
