Common Name Rodrigues' Habenaria [Brazilian Orchid Botanist 1800's]

Flower Size 1 to 1.2" [2.5 to 3 cm]

Found in Fr Guiana and Minas Gerais state of Brazil as a warm to cool growing terrestrial with a robust stem enveloped by linear, acute, basally clasping leaves that blooms in the later summer on an an erect, terminal, 4" [10 cm] long, 4 to 5 flowered inflorescence with erect, leaf-like, pale green, ovate-lanceolate, long-acuminate, slightly shorter than the ovary floral bracts.
