Found in Malawi, Mozambique, Tanzania at elevations around 1150 meters as a small sized, cool growing terrestrial with a villous-pubesent stem carrying a single to 2, villous, broadly cordate-orbicular, obtuse leaves that blooms in the summer on an erect, terminal, provided with a few, lanceolate, acuminate sheaths, rachis 3" [7.5 cm] long, , laxlyseveral flowered inflorescence with lanceolate to ovate-lanceolate, acuminate, shorter than the ovary floral bracts .
