Common Name The Deviating Hetaeria - In China Si Xian Fan Chun Lan

Flower Size 1/4" [6 mm] long

Found in Assam, Myanamar, Thailand, Vietnam, Borneo, Malaysia, Sumatra, Sulawesi, the Philippines and Taiwan in lower and upper montane forests in humus among rocks, beside rivers and old landslide areas at elevations of 800 to 2100 meters as a medium sized, warm to cool growing terrestrial orchid with 2 to 5, obliquely lanceolate, acute, gradually narrows into the channelled petiolate leaf and blooms in the late winter through fall on an erect, lax, long pubescent, 9.2" [23.5 cm] long, many flowered inflorescence carrying broad and basally concave, pubescent, ciliate, triangular, acute floral bracts and non-resupinate flowers.
