Found in Taiwan near Mt. Arisan and often cited as a synonym of Sunupia andersonii. I can assure you that I have checked this out. Jaap Vermeullen at Leiden has seen and verified. The flower is fairly unique and is very easy to distinguish as something new and not even approximate to Sunupia andersonii. What a great flower, little information available. This miniature sized, orchid has elongate-ovoid pseudobulbs carrying a single, apical, oblong-linear, round, shortly bilobulate, attenuate to the pseudobulb below leaf that blooms in the summer on a basal, erect, 1.2" [3 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence.
CAUTION The flowers that Jaap Vermuellen saw was The "Another Flower" photos above and even though they seem close to the first 2 it can be seen in the 4th photo that the pseudobulbs and leaf are definitely different so these may be 2 different species. In fact the 1st 2 photos where determined by the photographers to be S intermedia but that species has never been recorded for Taiwan. I await more references to make an informed determination.
