Found in Japan and Taiwan as a small to medium sized, cold growing terrestrial with several, in a basal rosette, elliptic, acute, gradually narrowing below into the base leaf that blooms on an erect, 18" [45 cm] long, light green laxly several flowered inflorescence with floral bracts enveloping the pedicel.
