Found in Sabah Borneo at elevations of 1300 to 1600 meters as a mini-miniature sized, cool growing epiphyte with a monopodial, pendent, simple, 2 per plant, leafy stems carrying distichous, slightly obliquely triangular-ovate to triangular ensiform, acute, laterally compressed, thick, succulent, dark grey green leaves that blooms in the late summer and early fall on a lateral, axillary, at the distal end, very short, single flowered inflorescence with 3, one bract ovate, obtuse, slightly carinate, the other two linear, much narrower floral bracts.
