Found in Japan in wet montane forests as a small to medium sized, cool to cold growing mycoheterotrophic terrestrial that blooms in the late spring and summer

I am assured by Natsui that this indeed is a separate species even though Kew lumps them together.

CAUTION I have no way of verifying this determination so please use with caution
