Found in Costa Rica with no locational data as a mini-miniature sized epiphyte with erect, slender, weak ramicauls enveloped by 6 to 8, lepanthiform sheaths with minutely ciliate dilated ostia and carrying a single, erect, coriaceous, elliptical, acute, slightly acuminate, cuneate below into the petiolate base leaf that blooms on a filiform, congested, distichous, to .6" [1.5 cm] long, successively many flowered inflorescence arising behind the leaf with lightly muriculate floral bracts.

Similar to Lepanthes myiophorae along with Lepanthes davidsei Luer 1996
