Found in Peru as a small, psygmoid, twig epiphyte in wet montane forest at elevations around 1500 to 1700 meters with sigmoid, bilaterally compressed apically, distichous, glabrous, imbricate leaves that are conduplicate at the base and blooms sequentially from the leaf axils with 6 to 7 flowered subumbels followed by lateral branches arising from just below the primary rachis as new leaves appear at most any time of the year.
