Found in Para state of Brazil in forests at elevations around 160 meters as a mini-miniature sized, cool growing fasciculate epiphyte with green, fleshy, knife-shaped, imbricate, conduplicate with membraneous margins leaves held in a fan that blooms in ther late spring through mid summer on an arched, axuillary, longer than the leaves, .8" [2 mm] long, peduncle thin, green, simultaneously 2 to 3 flowered inflorescence with triangular, yeelow white, acute floral bracts.
