Common Name or Meaning The Circular Malaxis

Flower Size 2/5" [1 cm]

Found in Northern Thailand as well as China as a miniature to small sized, warm to cool growing terrestrial at elevations of 1350 to 1700 meters with an erect stem carrying a few basal elliptic, acute leaves. This one is blooming and photographed in situ in June of 1001 on an erect, to 14" [to 35 cm] long, several to many [20+] flowered inflorescence.
