Found in Peru without collection data as a miniature sized, epiphyte with erect, stout ramicauls enveloped by a 2 to 3 tubular sheaths and carrying a single, apical, erect, coriaceous, elliptical, subacute, narrowly cuneate below into the petiolate base leaf that blooms on an erect, slender, triquetrous, 2.4" [6 cm] long, successively few flowered inflorescence subtended by a bract near the base, arising from the base of the ramicaul with tubular floral bracts and holding the flower more or less at the mid-height of the leaf.
