Found in Costa Rica, Panama, Ecuador and Peru at elevations of 700 to 800 meters as a medium to just large sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte without pseudobulbs and a flexuous, filiform, elongate stem enveloped completely by erect-patent, linear, acute, glabrousthin textured leaves that blooms on axillary, fasciculate, 1.2" [3 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence
