Found in Malaysia, Sumatra and Borneo in podsol forests at elevtions of 1200 to 1300 meters as a mini-miniature sized, cool growing epiphyte with a pendulous, branching stem carrying obliquely oblong-triangular, acuminate, acute, shortly split above the base leaves that blooms in the fall on an axillary, very short, 2 flowered inflorescence
