Found in Madagascar in rainforests near streams at elevations of sealevel to 1000 meters on branches as a small sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with cylindrical roots carrying a very short, rigid, upright, 3 to 7 flowered inflorescence arising in the late spring through fall.
