Found only in the Philippines at elevations up to 850 meters as a medium sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with upright stems carrying several, very leathery, 2 ranked, alternate, unequally notched apically leaves that blooms in the fall and early winter on an erect, to 6'8" [200 cm] long, axillary, to 20 loosely flowered, racemose inflorescence carrying non-resupinate flowers
