Found in Thailand and Vietnam at elevations around 700 meters as a small to just medium sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with a stem enveloped by dark, rugose sheaths and carrying elliptic, strong central midrib, unequally bilobed apically, constriction near apex leaves that blooms on a racemose,8" [20 cm] long, many flowered inflorescence with 2 to 3 equally spaced bracts..
