Flower Size 1.32" to 1.75" [3.3 to 4.2 cm]

Found in Thailand in the shade of primary forests on steep cliffs and slopes of highly eroded limestone at elevations of 350 to 450 meters as a miniature sized, hot growing lithophyte with 3 to 5, narrowly elliptic to oblong, rounded and minutely tridenticulate apically, mottled very dark and pale green above, heavily mottled purple beneath, ciliate at the base leaves that blooms in the spring on an erect, shortly but densely white pubescent, erect, 2.4 to 6.8" [6 to 17 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence with conduplicate, broadly ovate, obtuse, pale green, spotted purple floral bracts.
