Common Name The Djampang Kulon Peristylus [an area of southwestern Java]

Found in Java in semi-open disturbed forests at elevations around 50 to 1200 meters as a medium sized, hot to cool growing terrestrial with 3 to 5, large, in a basal rosette, broadly elliptic, unddulate margined, acuminate leaves that blooms in the early summer on an erect, white-bluish grey, terminal, 10" [25 cm] long, laxly many flowered inflorescence.
