Common Name The Rio Plata Microchilus

Flower Size .2" [5 mm]

Found in southeastern Brazil and northeastern Argentina as a small sized, cool to cold growing terrestrial with 5 to 6, more or less aggregate, ovate to ovate-lanceolate, acute, petiolate base leaves that blooms in the late winter and early spring on an erect, 4 sheathed, pubescent, 8" [20 cm] long overall, 10 to 20 flowered inflorescence.
