Common Name The New Spotted Pleurothallis [refers to the purple spotted leaves]

Found in Rio de Janiero state of Brazil as a mini-miniature sized, repent epiphyte with stout erect ramicauls enveloped by 2 tight tubular sheaths and carrying a single, apical, spreading, green spotted with dark purple concave above, convex below, obtuse leaf that blooms on an erect, peduncle .4" [1 cm] provicde with a bract at the middle, rachis fractiflex, successively single, few flowered inflorescence.
