Common Name The Dark Purple Pleurothallis
Flower Size .2" [5 mm]
Found in Minas Gerais state of Brazil in montane forests at elevations of 1000 to 1100 meters as a small sized, cool growing, repent epiphyte with erect ramcicauls carrying a single, apical, erect, rigid, intense olive green, terete, acute leaf that blooms in the fall on a nutant to pendulous, without an annulus, 1.2 to 2" [3 to 5 cm] long, few to several flowered inflorescence.
