Common Name The Scaped Porpax [refers to the elongate {for the genus} inflorescence]

Flower Size .28" [7 mm]

Found in northern Thailand at elevations of 1450 to 1550 meters as a mini-miniature sized, cool growing epiphyte with broadly conical in youth, becoming much flattened with age as well as covered with a network of fibers feft from the disintegrating sheath and carrying 2, apical, ovate-lanceolate, present at blooming leaves that blooms on a synanthous, .28 to .32" [7 to 8 mm] long, with 2 small, dark bracts and a large, broad, single flowered inflorescecnce with a floral bract enveloping the lower part of the flower.
